  • develop and manage an annual budget for facility maintenance and improvement projects
  • oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules for common areas, guest rooms, and outdoor spaces
  • coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
  • conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs
  • manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
  • manage the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all equipment and systems within the hostel, including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and security systems
  • provide excellent customer service to guests and respond promptly to requests and complaints
