  • making telephone calls to clients, solicitors, court etc
  • diary maintenance
  • ordering stationery and equipment via the Accounts Manager

  • RSA Stage 2 in Typing skills or equivalent experience
  • computer literacy or equivalent experience
  • communication - good telephone manner
  • able to prioritise their own workload
  • previous secretarial and reception experience
