Responsibility

  • be able to learn a dedicated payroll system
  • process payroll for a number of different offices
  • work with the payroll processing provider and third parties
  • document payroll procedures to a high level of accuracy
  • safeguard payroll procedures and ensure internal controls are adhered to

Requirements

  • have excellent communication skills and able to converse with both internal and external partners
  • excellent attention to detail and process driven
  • experience of raising tickets to highlight and escalate any discrepancies
  • experience of an HR platform would be useful
  • knowledge of MS tools such as Teams
  • able to meet strict deadlines
  • be a team player and part of the HR team, working with Finance
