Requirements
- previous experience working with children or students in a sports coaching or physical education setting
- experience working with children is preferred but not required. We will provide training to all new hires
- strong knowledge and expertise in one or more of the mentioned sports
- able to pass a background check
- ability to effectively communicate and engage with participants of different ages and skill levels
- excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants, parents, and staff members
- demonstrated ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline in a positive manner
- CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required
