Responsibility

  • work with the Marketing team to create and deliver strategies for acquiring, growing and retaining customers
  • generate and implement ideas and initiatives to grow the number and value of customers
  • understand customer preferences, delivering engaging initiatives and experiences
  • work with the Marketing team to develop appropriate customer retention frameworks
  • create forecasts and campaign analysis frameworks, providing reporting and analysis to the business
  • ensure all initiatives are fully compliant with responsible gambling and licensing regulations

Requirements

  • experience in the the crypto industry preferred
  • strong analysis skills, transforming data into commercially focused solutions
  • collaborative, with the ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully operate in a remote environment
  • 3+ years proven track record of revenue generating initiatives in the gambling industry
