Responsibility
- implementing and monitoring daily pre and post trade compliance within the system
- lead fund budgets, non-trade accruals and help process invoice payments
- help manage fund counterparties and build good relationships with them
- provide support with building the Galvanize Global Equities operational due diligence pack and answer investor/counterparty due diligence questionnaires
- oversight of the day-to-day fund operations, to help drive operational efficiency. This will include monitoring daily reconciliations, trade activity, corporate actions, income and non-trade accruals

- maintain the Portfolio Management System and ensure all activity is accurately recorded by the outsourced middle office, so that the fund's shadow NAV is accurate at all times
- handle the funds monthly NAV cycle. Build reconciliations with our outsourced middle office service provider, ensure reconciliation breaks are captured and corrected and that the NAV is approved on time
Requirements
- at least five years of experience in fund operations, including fund accounting and NAV cycle sign off
- working with execution order management systems
- working with a Cayman Master/Feeder structure
- prior experience at an FCA-regulated entity
- writing policies and procedures; and answering operational due diligence questionnaires
- bachelor's degree
