- level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services; or equivalent; or preparedness to work towards the same
Responsibility
- produce monitoring reports as required
- ensure ICT policies are adhered to by staff and children
- conduct quality monitoring and implement action plans
- prevent placement breakdowns by dealing with placement issues
- ensure up-to-date risk assessments are in place to protect children and staff under organisational policies
- ensure an independent person carries out the monthly Regulation 44 visits
- promote equality and diversity by interpreting equality, diversity, and rights according to legislation and policies
