Requirements
- law degree and completion of the Legal Practice Course or equivalent - ideally with strong academics
- qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
- approximately 3 years post-qualification experience, specifically within wills, trusts, and estates
- excellent client care skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients
- you will need a strong understanding of probate cases and estate administration and experience in Tax, Trusts and Estates
- ability to manage a busy workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- A solicitor
- have at least 4 years of PQE as a solicitor
