Responsibility
- groundworker required to join project based in Virginia Water, Surrey
- maintain equipment to ensure efficient site operations
- perform deep drainage works with expertise
- any other works as directed by the site team
- comprehend and work from building drawings/ architectural plans
- able to lay slabs, kerbing, drainage, concrete and all normal groundworks duties
- lead site clearance, including vegetation removal and demolition as necessary
- must be able to read levels and laser equipment
Requirements
- proven experience in groundworks projects
- ability to interpret building plans accurately
- the ability to perform physical manual labour
- relevant and valid trade certifications/cards
- minimum 10 years experience
- strong understanding of construction health and safety practices
- UTR number
- availability for an immediate start
