  • generally pro-active with existing customers to provide Spare Parts and Service Contracts
  • an Engineering background and ability to read Technical Drawings an
  • advantage
  • arranging despatch and shipping paperwork with Couriers worldwide
  • handling Spare Part sales enquiries via phone and email, locating correct item, quoting and processing once an order is placed. Progressing orders through to despatch – liaising with purchasing department and production to achieve this
  • general housekeeping with Sales Filing and keeping files current with emails, etc. Answering Phone as required
