Responsibility
- you will be working as part of the Quality Department, dealing with inspection of new model and production parts; product containment; testing and measuring parts; identifying potential problems before they occur and implementing processes to stop them occurring; assessing and responding to customer and internal concerns; and liaising directly with customers
- continuous improvement, reviewing processes and planning to improve efficiency and quality
Requirements
- good communication skills
- good understanding and experience of implementing corrective actions
- experience in the use of inspection equipment such as Vernier's and micrometres
- experience in other measurement techniques such as CMM, colour mapping, hardness testing, macro testing, etc
- good eye for detail
- full driving license
- ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- quality assurance: 1 year
