Responsibility
- support Business units in their delivery of the Safety Management System
- we are looking for a new Health, Safety & Risk Advisor who will be proficient in providing competent advice, coaching and assistance in the development of the G’s Group safety and risk management requirements

- support and attend designated meetings as required
- monitor compliance with the Health & Safety Policy and Systems to ensure as far as is reasonably practicable that a safe working environment is always maintained
- monitor and review all appropriate documentation for businesses in your area of responsibility and conduct appropriate safety audits and reviews to ensure alignment with group Health and Safety requirements
- work closely with the Health and Safety and Operational teams to ensure continual development and best practice in Health and Safety standards across all Business operations
- identify specific training needs for the Business. Ensure appropriate health and safety training is provided and evaluates the effectiveness of the training to meet required standards
