  • she is a wheelchair user, and her speech is affected as a result of her needs
  • there are personal care and moving and handling aspects to the job
  • experienced and highly competent Team Leader required for a 9-year-old young girl who has Cerebral Palsy and who lives in a village just north of Crewe
  • we are recruiting a Team Leader to confidently and proactively organise and lead a small team of Support Workers once recruited as we look to set up a package of experienced, flexible and high-quality Support Workers
  • the young girl has a passion for crafts, has an excellent sense of humour and enjoys spending time with her sibling and parents
  • the role will be based in the family home, in the community for activities and if required, supporting the client on family holidays
  • our client seeks someone who is well organised, flexible and has at least 2 years of experience working with children with disabilities
