- ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and meets safety standards
- inspect scaffolding for any defects or damages and make necessary repairs or replacements
- erect and dismantle scaffolding as needed for construction projects
- collaborate with team members to coordinate scaffold building activities
- adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights
Requirements
- previous experience as a Scaffold Builder or in a similar role preferred
- strong knowledge of scaffold building techniques, materials, and equipment
- ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- scaffolding: 1 year
