Responsibility
- we are looking for a reliable and experienced maintenance joiner, to work for our busy Customer Care department. Attending lived in, new build homes, completing any joinery issues raised
- as you will be working in customer’s homes, we would expect you to be punctual, tidy, and respectful of their property. You need to be confident in you ability to complete the outstanding work within the allocated time, given to you
- the successful candidate will be expected to have experience of working on all aspects of housebuilding joinery, with high quality finishing skills and have excellent standard of workmanship
Requirements
- all household joinery including but not limited to, attending front doors/locking mechanisms fitting and adjusting, flooring, fitting/adjusting internal doors etc
- experience of fitting and removing front doors
- experience of taking up and relaying carpets would be an advantage
- working in customer’s homes
- IT literate as you will update a completion report after each visit, using the company App
