Responsibility

  • A Plumber / Maintenance Operative is required to undertake both reactive maintenance and occasional assistance on planned refurbishments
  • electrical experience would also be desirable but not essential
  • you will also be expected to work from heights on some occassions, e.g. changing light bulbs, clearing guttering etc
  • G & E Renovations is a small family company, based in Greater Manchester, Incorporated from 2011. We provide maintenance and renovation services to Landlords and Property Managers / Estate Agents
  • position comes With Company Van, Holiday Pay, Company Pension, Tools, Workwear / PPE, and telephone
  • it is essential you have hands-on experience in a similar role - qualifications and/or qualified by experience. Also, a high degree of customer service and communication skills, by telephone and email
  • applicants should have a clean driving licence and will require a working reference/s
