- you must ensure all work is followed through in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction
- work closely with your internal customers and various departments to build and enhance overall understanding and relationships
- promote positive working attitudes, initiatives and good morale across the team
- be proactive and solution focussed to always ensure the smooth running or your area
- manage escalations effectively and be able to trouble-shoot under pressure
- compliance to H&S / Quality regulations and procedures to ensure the safety of you and other site personnel
- operating a counterbalance FLT, Bendi FLT, pallet truck as required and to be proficient in manual handling policies and practices
- be proactive in putting forward continuous improvement ideas to your line manager and the senior team
