Requirements
- salary is based on a training rate £10.50 p/h, upon completion of training will rise to £13.12 p/h
- brief overview of job role
- changing qualities, checking quality and cleaning the equipment as and when required
- assist with loading and unloading goods and with general duties within a factory
- weekly working Hours: 38.5hrs weekly rotating 6-2 and 2-10 . Training on day shift 08.00 – 16.30 hrs
- all aspects of manufacturing different grades of felt.Training will be on machine by other current competent machine operators, training period could be up to six months dependant on aptitude and progress of the individual
- to safely and competently undertake all aspects of operating a non woven felt manufacturing machine comprising bale opener, Fearnought, carding machine cross folder and needle looms
