Responsibility
- handling some sales within set parameters
- checking stock levels, updating inaccuracies and compiling a list of parts to order
- creating purchase orders, ordering parts, accepting, and checking the delivery of parts and updating databases

- the Sales and Service Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers, answering all telephone and email enquiries in an accurate and helpful manner
- raising invoices
- organising transport for deliveries and collections and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and filed
- organising travel and any ad hoc duties such as booking vehicles in for MOT’s etc
- ensuring that the paperwork in the office is dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner
- managing the service side of the business, ensuring all service visits are booked in, engineers schedules updated, and all invoices have been raised and paid
- updating our social media accounts
- mail shots
- reporting to the Directors and completing any work as required by the Directors
- processing orders
- creating and maintaining internal documents
- stock counts
Requirements
- must have at least 5 years of previous sales administration experience
- excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
- excellent communication skills
