handling some sales within set parameters
checking stock levels, updating inaccuracies and compiling a list of parts to order
creating purchase orders, ordering parts, accepting, and checking the delivery of parts and updating databases
working on Office 365 – using all programs
the Sales and Service Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers, answering all telephone and email enquiries in an accurate and helpful manner
raising invoices
organising transport for deliveries and collections and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and filed
organising travel and any ad hoc duties such as booking vehicles in for MOT’s etc
Requirements
must have at least 5 years of previous sales administration experience
excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
excellent communication skills
excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills. The ability to create various documents on these programmes
excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
time management
