• futurform have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Workshop Technician to join our managed print team in Trowbridge
• full training will be provided
• assisting Field engineers with pre picking parts for field visits

• workshop repair of printers, photocopiers & label printers
• stock maintenance and ordering
• you will work alongside our Technical team to learn all aspects of working in the technical & operations department to support our internal and external operations
• receiving & checking goods inwards
• we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and is willing to learn new technical skills, both as an individual and as part of a team
• support with warranty and returns process
• configuring devices ready for customer deployment
• assisting the field technical team during busier periods
