  • A-Level or equivalent

Responsibility

  • developing sales and growth strategies for your accounts with focus on renewing and up-selling FSC Professional Display services
  • onboarding customers and ongoing customer service, including arranging client debriefs on all closed sales
  • targeting senior management in R&D; Business Development; Corporate Venturing; and/or Strategy and M&A; Professors, Esteemed Faculty, Licensing Directors
  • recognising when accounts may require escalation for a bespoke engagement with a senior member of staff
  • maintaining and developing relationships with clients
  • selling Sponsorship for Futuresource events as required
  • increasing YOY renewal growth through upsell, cross sell and account penetration by 20%
  • proven ability to achieve monthly/quarterly & annual sales targets using a consultative sales approach

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • industry knowledge
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
  • excellent customer management skills
  • an internal drive and tenacity to achieve and exceed targets
  • demonstrative account management and strong sales ability. Ideally, displaying strong ‘Hunter’ and ‘Farmer’ mentality
  • strong communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • must demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
