Responsibility
- raising and processing aged debtors
- end of month Reporting - Journal entries, Reconcile key accounts, Debtors, Creditors, and GL, Variance Analysis, quarterly and annual reporting
- financial Reporting - End-of-month reporting on COGNOS in accordance with IFRS, Weekly reporting on billing and sales backlog
- processing purchase orders and producing invoices
- reconciliation of stock take results
- generating the Annual Budget - Record monthly budgets, and adjust the figures to reflect forecasted numbers
- coordinate Monthly Payroll - support with commission calculations, onboarding, and off-boarding with Pensions
- cash book payments, receipts, collections and reconciliations
Requirements
- 3 years experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager
- experience using COGNOS, IFRS, GAAP, and or Dynamics
- strong comprehension of payroll and pensions
- excellent stakeholder management
- detailed reporting skills
- accounting: 3 years
