  • the supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their cleaning performance and their behaviour whilst on duty
  • ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas
  • creating weekly rota
  • reviewing work schedule
  • ordering of cleaning materials
  • monitoring of all cleaning activities
  • site visits
  • carrying out cleans

Requirements

  • at least 2 years cleaning experience
  • at least 1 year managerial experience
  • A full driving licence and own vehicle
  • the ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
  • health and Safety experience
  • good interpersonal skills
  • willingness to travel and work on weekends if needed
  • management: 1 year
