Responsibility

  • ensure all client projects are managed effectively across their duration and successfully delivered to client satisfaction
  • regularly review, and act on review where appropriate, project and team health
  • highlight, and mitigate, risks from a commercial and resourcing perspective
  • ensure the Director of Consulting Is kept up to date and aware of any risks to successful project delivery
  • measure and assess the impact of our work using a range of tools and technology, including analysis, software and surveys
  • collaborate with broader consulting, marketing and sales teams to support the development and execution of campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • successfully implement and deliver the vision and plan for client projects and programmes
  • build and maintain a high-level plan for each of our projects Including scope, timelines, deliverables, key milestones, and resources
