Working hours

  • full-time
  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • regular maintenance of the site ensuring it remains clean and accessible at all times
  • unlocking the premises in advance of the school day and securing the premises at the end of the day
  • unlocking the premises in advance of the lettings to allow for visitors to access the facility in a timely fashion
  • carry out day to day repairs / maintenance of the buildings
  • keep a log of visitors in and out of the building to ensure compliance with Fire Safety
  • be part of the alarm callout rota as required, so access to a vehicle if essential
  • ensure that visitors are directed to the correct area for their letting and the appropriate equipment is available
  • assist with events and general running of the schools
