- monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer guidance to support individual learning needs
- collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience through team planning and sharing best practices
- foster a strong partnership with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and encouraging their involvement in their child's education
Requirements
- A passion for Business Studies and a deep understanding of the subject matter
- qualified Teacher Status or equivalent certification
- experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level, with a proven track record of student achievement
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
