  • managing the team to cover workflow across the difference disciplines, including rotas to cover business demand and team member skills
  • preparing, briefing and delegating tasks and responsibilities to the team
  • ensuring the team follow correct procedures and identify any training opportunities
  • monitoring workspace and team members to ensure H&S processes are followed
  • overseeing training of new team members including creation of training and process documents
