Responsibility

  • maintain studio equipment and facilities and ensure studios are ready for customer use
  • liase with suppliers and equipment partners to coordinate hiring and check in / check out processes for equipment rental
  • setup and pack down of microphones, speakers, cameras etc for hybrid conferencing
  • good knowledge of Zoom and Teams
  • ability to troubleshoot range of potential live issues including wireless microphones, webcam, internet etc
  • provide technical and customer support directly to studio users during bookings: Audio mixing, video mixing, running living recording

Requirements

  • health and safety training for working at height
  • confident with hands-on work
  • able to offer friendly, proactive, professional customer service
  • relevant technical experience: confident in AV equipment, live recording, lighting controls and troubleshooting issues
