Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
  • work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
  • data entry in various platforms -confident on computer systems and quick to learn new systems
  • job Title: 2 days per week Customer Service Representative Thursday and Friday) who is willing to work on a 12 month maternity cover contract. Experience of previous customer service is essential

Requirements

  • at least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • you must be willing to attend training courses
  • customer service: 2 years

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
