Responsibility

- provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
- work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
- data entry in various platforms -confident on computer systems and quick to learn new systems

Requirements
