handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
data entry in various platforms -confident on computer systems and quick to learn new systems
job Title: 2 days per week Customer Service Representative Thursday and Friday) who is willing to work on a 12 month maternity cover contract. Experience of previous customer service is essential
Requirements
at least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
you must be willing to attend training courses
