- research, troubleshoot, and resolve key issues to ensure client retention
- fusion serves mid-size organizations to Fortune 50 companies across various verticals including financial services, manufacturing, energy and utilities, retail, pharmaceuticals, and education
- the CSM also works closely with other Professional Services teams as well as colleagues in Account Management, Sales, Product, Finance, Product Marketing, and Engineering
- coordinate remediation plans with other Fusion teams
