Responsibility
- taking initiative to explore new leads and bookings
- most of our enquires are genuine walk-in customers , or come via phone/email, and you will be expected to act efficiently and courteously, to convert leads to sales
- source, create and book travel itineraries, together with general travel agency admin tasks such as tickets, confirmations, balances, ancillaries, amendments, etc…
- maintain relationships with existing customers, you will need to familiarise yourself with our large number of loyal customers and their requirements
