Responsibility

  • proactively and efficiently engage with the client's customers over email, phone or video to increase adoption, value and/or avoid churn

  • proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach to promote, educate and recommend Open ECX’s solutions
  • understand the needs of Open ECX’s prospect customers and articulate the value that IP Integration’s technology and services provide
  • engage with potential customers on the phone, through following a consultative questioning process and actively listening to their challenges and opportunities
  • set-up and support calls/demos for the senior sales team, whilst driving the sales process
