Responsibility
- proactively and efficiently engage with the client's customers over email, phone or video to increase adoption, value and/or avoid churn
- perform product consultation and advisement to our customers, educating them on how to best use our product and its features
- negotiate opportunities that increase value to the customer and support retention of our customer base
- ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and follow-ups
- provide valuable inputs that support the development of account intelligence and customer journey maps
- participate in maintenance of detailed documentation about your segment of the client's customers and/or team processes
- keep a consistent understanding of our client's product suite by attending internal trainings, keeping up with your departments' documentation and knowledge repositories
- collaborate closely with other teams like product, engineering and support to understand the latest features, and to solve specific customer problems and pain-points
