- furniture23 is a very informed and established contract furniture dealership based in W-s-M, supplying a wide range of high quality products. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and aftercare support
- with over 30 years in the furniture industry, we have a great reputation and track record for specifying and delivering design-led projects on time and within budget for blue chip companies and more recently the Education sector
- this role provides administration support for Customer & Sales Team, ensuring approved client orders are placed on our supply chain, delivered and installed on time and on budget
- place Supplier Purchase Orders update Order & Delivery Schedule
- check supplier acknowledgements – Price/date/product
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work in a small team, a team player
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks/ excellent time management
- Ability to work under pressure often to multiple tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- High level of written communication desired
