Responsibility
- taking orders from customers by phone, fax and email
- ensuring all sales orders are correctly input on to in house computer system
- communicating with customers to proactively resolve any queries or problems regarding their orders
- liaising with logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers
- contacting customers to book in deliveries as requested by logistics
- accurate completion of relevant paperwork for despatch with customer’s orders
- other administrative duties such as filing, post and covering telephones at break times
- notifying customers of items not in stock and clarifying when they are due back in stock, giving an estimated date of delivery
Requirements
- customer Service experience
- 6 Months experience of working in an office environment
- excellent administration skills and verbal and written communication skills
- computer literate
- experience of using sage is desirable but not essential
- good numeric skills
- data entry experience
- sage: 1 year
