- create quotes to customer specifications and tender / framework documents; converting quotes into closed sales

- obtain key information from customers in terms of specifications and frameworks
- we design and manufacture our own furniture and work predominantly in steel and timber
- proactively call and follow up with prospects to generate new business
Requirements
- minimum 5 Years of relevant sales experience
- background in Commercial Construction preferable
- technical attention to detail and focus required, including ability to read site drawings and do take offs
- organised, methodical and able to deliver complex tenders
- excellent written and spoken communication to support outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follows ups with prospects and customers
- knowledge of systems such as CRM software, Google, Bluebeam, Glenigan & MS office would be an advantage
- demonstrable sales competencies, particularly as it relates to a tender sales process
