excellent communication, management, and organisational skills to ensure competency of scoping of work, plans of work, management of contracts, pricing of jobs and liaising with both office and site teams
hold a Clean Driving Licence
having deep knowledge and understanding of all technical and legislative aspects of the business, particularly surrounding all health, safety, quality and environmental factors
contract management: 3 years
have experience with working to deadlines and in position in which you take full ownership and responsibility of your work and actions for each contract
