- excellent communication, management, and organisational skills to ensure competency of scoping of work, plans of work, management of contracts, pricing of jobs and liaising with both office and site teams
- hold a Clean Driving Licence
- having deep knowledge and understanding of all technical and legislative aspects of the business, particularly surrounding all health, safety, quality and environmental factors
