• funkyHampers is a cool and modern web based company that is expanding and looking for a full time customer service team member. We are a family run business which has won many local awards
• during peak times such as Christmas we would look at increasing these hours
• the job role will include dealing with customer service enquiries via email, Zendesk, live chat widgets, phone and social media as well as other office duties
• once you are fully trained then we can even consider hybrid or remote working during busy periods
• the starting salary is paid monthly and will vary depending on experience
