- call handler - Incoming and outgoing calls
- take loan applications over the phone and fulfil customer’s requests
- liaison with customers to ensure head of departments have all information required
- available within our growing Ipswich based Consumer Credit company, Funeral Safe Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and provides unsecured personal loans for the purchase of end of life services such as funerals, pre-paid funerals, Will’s and Legal Services
Education
