• you will ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times and have an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills
• receptionist Administrators are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed and updated into the Funeral Management System accurately, and on time
• you will also be responsible for ensuring that the purchase ledger invoicing and reporting is up to date and the appropriate approvals are obtained

• you will be responsible for financial targets and budgetary controls, and achieving market share goals
• you will focus your team, and work with the wider team to ensure the effective scheduling of funerals and resources and to ensure all activity runs smoothly
