Responsibility
- act as the main point of contact for clients and address any queries or concerns
- build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- set search marketing strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
- address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- onboard new clients and ensure they understand our services and how they can benefit their business
- collaborate with other departments to ensure client campaigns are executed successfully and on time
- present social media strategies for clients
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Digital account manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships
- strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- hands on experience with CRM software
- understanding of paid / search engine marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads
- in-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- experience with customer service and account management
- strong organisational skills is a must
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
