Responsibility
- subcontractor and application management
- client management and engagement
- producing commercial performance data for weekly and monthly accounts
- to ensure WIP values are minimal against the agreed payment terms of contract
- managing subcontractor retentions and recovering costs and liabilities against accounts
- managing all activities that generate additional value outside the rate cards
- review all material suppliers are aligned to allowance in rate cards and influence any possible improvement on the margins
- track progress against resources and subcontractors and create a sales league table by value for all teams from the rate cards on measured work
Requirements
- strong presentation/communication skills
- understanding of profit and loss impacts on accounts
- report on performance from forecast deviations
- excellent IT Skills
- previous experience managing a small team of people
- surveying: 1 year
