Responsibility
- this is an excellent opportunity to work within the social care sector with young people
- this is a post for a Residential Support Worker/Outreach Support Worker
- you will be working as part of a team providing residential support to young people aged 16 to 24 in Semi-Independent Accommodation
- the ideal candidate will need to be appropriately experienced with sufficient knowledge and skills to work with young people aged 16+
- fulfilment Care Services provides accommodation and support to young people aged 16+ to help them develop their life skills and prepare them for independent living
- liaise with education providers, social services, health care providers and other professionals involved in the young person’s care
