- strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is highly desirable
Responsibility
- monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
- set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle
- ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
