  • no.11 Hotel and Brasserie is looking for a professional, self-motivated, and reliable Chef De Partie or Junior Sous to join our tight-knit and very professional team
  • specialising in fine dining, the No11 Restaurant has just been awarded its first AA Rosette. We are looking for someone with the ability to help maintain the standard required by this award and help No11 work towards its second/third Rosette
  • the CDP/Junior Sous will be responsible for running their own section and cleanliness of the kitchen
  • every member of staff plays an essential role in driving our business
