Requirements
- beneficial for candidate to hold Certificate in Financial Services, Certificate in Paraplanning, or CeMAP, dependent on experience
- ideally, 1 year experience working in Mortgage Administration, Paraplanning, or as support staff within the Mortgage industry
- have an engaging manner, with excellent people-skills, and capable of building relationships
- attention to detail & accuracy is essential
- able to work under pressure
- prioritise and plan own workload
- understanding of the mortgage advisory process
- previous experience dealing with private clients and supporting advisor
Responsibility
- providing a consistently high level of customer service to clients
- compilation of client documents and transferring material facts to factfind
- drafting emails to clients to report on outstanding requirements
- produce quotations on financial products for comparison
- to produce accurate compliant suitability reports
- processing of applications and the case through to completion
- confident communication with clients, introducers, solicitors and lenders to ensure the best possible service
- collate and upload all relevant data and correspondence to our system to submit cases for compliance checking
