Responsibility
- we’re excited to be looking to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to work within our rapidly growing team
- we believe it’s success is based on being a fresh food led kitchen using locally sourced produce where possible
- the Orchard Kitchen at Hayles Fruit Farm has fast become a brunch destination and due to this we are looking for an additional person to support our Breakfast/Brunch Chef
- we’re open 7 days a week in Summer 9am-5pm plus Friday evenings are Fish & Chip night. So there’s no split shifts and only one evening a week. Average hours per week approximately 37
Requirements
- be able to work within a small friendly team
- have experience in a Commercial Kitchen
- maintain a high level of quality at all times
- once established, have the confidence to work solo at quieter times
- understand and comply with food legislation
- keep all kitchen areas clean & tidy
- cooking: 1 year
