Responsibility
- provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
- accurately enter customer information and update records in the database
- assist customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries
- my client is a reputable business based in Ilkeston and currently has a vacancy for an "Inbound Customer Service Adviser" to join their sales team. This is a temp to perm opportunity with fantastic career prospects
- collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent requireded
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
