monitor guest feedback across all platforms – ensures effective initiatives are implemented to improve the NPS, GRI and TripAdvisor scores
take an instrumental part in the management and organisation of the hotel’s duty management, i.e. preparation of the rota, assess training needs, enhance the duty management function
ensure the team is trained to perform to the highest LQA and AA standards with consistency
work as Deputy in the absence of the Director of Rooms
you will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours
