Responsibility
- I'm looking for the right gardener to lead our maintenance team
- you need to be experienced, knowledgeable, and organised
- you're foremost a gardener, but also a leader, organizer and communicator
- you need to be able to direct assistants in the team, and be able to talk with authority to clients
- if you want to take formal garden qualifications we will support you through that
- hours can be 30 to 40, between Monday and Friday, very occasionally Saturday
- I need another assistant gardener to join our border maintenance teams. This is an assistant or junior role, so I don't expect you to know everything; you will learn as we go from our experienced gardeners. The job is daily from 0815 until 1430
