Responsibility
- efficiently manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies
- perform picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment
- freshWipes is a rapidly expanding e-commerce company in the hygiene industry, specialising in the production and distribution of quality body wipes
- operate a forklift truck to safely and efficiently move materials and products. Valid forklift training certification is essential
- manage materials and supplies, including ordering stationery, packing materials, tape, and other warehouse essentials
- load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage of incoming goods
- oversee the management of the FBA inventory, including labelling and shipping products to Amazon fulfilment centres
- maintain the general upkeep and tidiness of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and organised working environment
Requirements
- previous experience in a warehouse management role is essential
- valid forklift training certification is required
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage inventory and prioritise tasks effectively
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management
- ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, as the job involves manual labor
- must be physically fit, strong, and healthy
- valid driver's license and access to a car, as the warehouse is not conveniently located near public transportation
- strong communication skills to liaise with customers, couriers, and team members effectively
